Happy #LGBTQHistoryMonth! Let’s make sure it’s as #intersectional as possible. #BeloMiguelCipriani

Belo Miguel Cipriani @beloism is a gay, blind, Latino writer and activist for the LGBT and disabled communities. His disability rights activism began after he lost his vision following an attack in one of San Fransisco’s well known LGBTQ neighborhoods. He was the first blind Community Grand Marshal of the San Francisco Gay Pride Parade. With a PhD in organizational leadership, he launched a nonprofit publishing house that focuses on stories written by or depicting people with disabilities. Cipriani is a martial artist and is one of the only blind Capoeira artists in the world.
